Privacy & Resident Directory Policy

Resident information is used for HOA access, administration, communications, and the optional Resident Directory. Residents control whether they are listed and which contact fields are displayed.

Directory information is for neighborhood and HOA purposes only and should not be used for commercial solicitation or distributed outside the community.

Administrators may review registration information to verify residency and manage access. Resident-submitted announcements and photos may require administrator approval before publication.

This is a browser-based prototype. A live deployment should use secure server-side authentication, protected data storage, backups, and appropriate access controls.

I, the undersigned legal owner of the property identified below, hereby appoint the person named below as my proxy to vote on my behalf on any matters properly brought before the annual meeting.

The proxy holder must be entitled to vote and should be confirmed as attending the meeting.

Annual Meeting: Sherwood Estates IV annual meeting scheduled for Tuesday, July 21, 2026 at 6:30 PM.

If a quorum fails to attend, this proxy will carry over to the next scheduled meeting as long as it serves the same purpose as the previously scheduled meeting.

This proxy may be revoked by the undersigned in writing or in person at the time of the meeting.
